Pros
Benefits (as in insurance and 401K employer match only) are great and cheap especially for a single individual. Tuition assistance is nice as long as you submit early. IRS policies allow up to $5,000 but know that there is a 1 year period after signing your reimbursement check or you will owe them.
Cons
Horrible managers/directors, lack of pay, employees will dig into your business to make it their own, unappreciated by most directors minus a select few. Watch out for the General Operations branch in particular.
