Great place to work - Businsess Development Analyst NSBI Employee Review

I joined NSBI as a co-op in their research/intelligence department. Everyone I worked with at NSBI was very friendly and enthusiastic and I always felt comfortable reaching out for help. Pros: Very friendly Very supportive team and director supervisor Flex hours

I honestly can't think of any cons other than a number of office spaces didn't have access to windows but this is a very minor complaint.

It is nice to work in an economic development agency that is hands on with local businesses. Also the team is great.

Insufficient internal communication of the organization's direction, and some problematic resistance to adopt change.
