Pros
I have been working at NSIP Law as a patent attorney for more than 9 years, and it has been a great experience. The firm specializes in patent prosecution for major high-technology clients. New employees, both attorneys and staff, are trained and mentored by experienced attorneys or staff members until they have demonstrated they understand the firm's procedures and can work independently. Feedback is provided as needed to help the new employees succeed. The firm has been developed a reputation for the quality of its work, and has grown significantly over the years as a result. The billing requirements for attorneys are reasonable. The firm offers excellent individual and family health insurance at reasonable prices, and has a 401(k) plan. The atmosphere is very collegial. People get along with each other, and are always willing to help out each other. The firm hosts a year-end holiday party and occasional lunches and happy hours throughout the year. I look forward to going to work each day. If you put in your time, show that you care about your job, and do quality work, you will succeed at NSIP Law.
Cons
