- Nice mix of people who have worked here for a while (who know the brand and business) and newbies bringing their knowledge and energy -Established company that has proven itself and is serving growing niche markets, but still has so many opportunities to grow and become something bigger -New York sophistication combined with surging Richmond scene
Cons
-Lots to do, so have to constantly and proactively manage time and priorities to ensure you're focused -Not necessarily bad, but all departments are growing and transforming, so need to overcommunicate all the time to make sure aligned and moving in the same direction -Not super defined career paths, so need to take charge of your destiny
