Fun working environment at student employee in the Library

Pay was on the lower end of course which is to be expected for a student position.

Vacation, personal and holiday time. There were a lot of professors, Dr's & researchers that I met over the years that I really did like and looked up to. To M. C. I will never forget the kindness you showed me.

Hierarchy, management- my own personal experience with management was horrible. Micro managed to the enth degree. Told to attend meetings, but do not speak. Was warned not to converse with any supervisor, researcher or professor unless I included my supervisor in every email. Was warned to never address a professor by their first name. The only time I filed a complaint I learned my lesson there would never be any kind of support for me.
