Pros

Very autonomous and horizontal work culture – employees are trusted to lead their own work. Open communication with managers, no rigid hierarchy. Excellent benefits: health insurance, event celebrations, and plenty of internal programs. All employees are provided with a personal PC and monitor at no cost. Well-designed cafeteria with free coffee, drinks, and snacks available any time. Strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout the office. Modern video conferencing systems in every meeting room. Flexible working hours that promote a healthy work-life balance. Dedicated rest areas with sofas, comfortable chairs, and massage chairs. Office location is very convenient – directly accessible from the subway. Inclusive systems in place to support women, people with disabilities, and other minority groups. Salary and benefits are always on time – extremely reliable and well-managed.

Cons

Some parts of the office felt a bit closed-off and had dim lighting. Limited restrooms for such a large space – can get crowded during busy hours. A few office chairs were uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the cafeteria was quite old and probably needs replacement.

Pros

This is an elite place to work and it shows in the people. The team is sharp, strategic, and genuinely passionate about what they do. If you're someone who thrives under pressure and takes your work seriously, you'll fit right in and likely never want to leave. The environment is demanding by design. This isn't a place for those looking to coast. It rewards people who are driven, engaged, and invested in their contributions. For those who are, the growth opportunities are real and well-structured. The bonus and leveling system is a standout perk. It essentially gamifies career progression, giving you clear milestones, meaningful incentives, and tangible rewards for hard work, making advancement feel both motivating and attainable. Beyond the work itself, the culture is a major draw. Many colleagues are strategic thinkers and gamers, which creates a uniquely collaborative and like-minded atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Oh, and snacks are restocked three times a day, a small touch that says a lot about how the company treats its people. Overall, this is a place where high performers thrive, careers are built, and the work actually means something. Proud to be part of it.

Cons

I don't have any cons to share at the moment.

The exchange of experience across departments has been invaluable, The HR team deserves special recognition. They're proactive, approachable, and genuinely care about employee wellbeing. From onboarding to ongoing support, they've created systems that make you feel valued and heard. Company culture is taken seriously here. Regular team-building activities and events foster genuine connections beyond work tasks. Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional growing pains, but leadership is receptive to feedback and actively works to address challenges.
