Pros
Good pay (17% commission on tickets for mechanics with 1 ASE, up to 18%). Comprehensive benefits and if you are a salaried or hourly mgr or mechanic you are eligible at the first of the month after you sign on. Ability to move up in the company (at least at my store).
Cons
Insane hours, benefits are expensive and not that great
