Too many too list - such an old school boys club its ridiculous! Many of the Directors and employees have been in the positions for 15-20+ years and if employees don't stay in line then they are pushed right out the door! I saw so much turnover during the 1.5 year that I was working there it was shocking! More disturbing was that I was actually pushed out of the company 2 weeks after having a baby even though I was a model employee who had one performance awards internally from company. I was told that my full time job had become part time (most likely to kick me off of the health insurance - when I first announced my pregnancy another long time employee had said "be careful they don't like pregnant women here").
