- Plenty of opportunities and growth if you're willing to take on new initiatives - Good place to hone people skills as your work with a wide spectrum of colleagues - Annual increment and performance bonus, even during COVID - Learn new skills and knowledge (including fixing the printer, ready to be mom, unclog toilet bowls and so on) - Curriculum are all planned out and curriculum specialists will provide trainings
Cons
- New initiatives such as SSDB, IGP, and HLP to add to your existing workload - Not all colleagues are helpful and kind, some will step on you to get to high places - The workload given will make you feel underpaid - You are literally a Bao Ka Liao warrior - Micromanagement and no flexibility to implement what you want
