Pros
The work always kept me busy and they pushed me to keep on getting new and bigger clients.
Cons
They don't train staff or give benefits to reduce staff turnover, and try and hire junior consultants to do difficult work. They also take on clients with difficult requirements that end up taking all your time for little reward. Trying to get every cent rather than focusing on the broader task at hand.
