      My team is awesome. Super flexible and tight knit team, 3 weeks of PTO. Working from home 4 days a week

      Cons

      Can depend on what team youre on. Benefits are mediocre, and sometimes they're reluctant to hire more people when times get busy

      Pros

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
