Good environment, good people! Clients can be challenging but as is such with any client facing role

None to really speak of, had a good experience.

The pay is good for this type of job and the ins and outs are very easy to learn. You get to talk to interesting people from all over the country and learn a lot about the real estate industry along the way. The atmosphere and people are great. Plenty of paid time off and flexible schedules.

There are times when the real estate industry is really slow, and so work here is slow. This can lead to layoffs. However management is good at keeping the right people on board. Raises are not guaranteed and are often not as much as you would like. Especially if you stay with the company for a while.
