Low paid - Outpatient Therapist NWBH Employee Review

There are no reasons to work here. If you do, the only positive is the gratitude the clients express. Many employees stay as long as they can stand it due to caring about their clients. These are vulnerable people that need an advocate but soon you find yourself needing one to deal with this company.

Breach of contract: Supposed to be paid .30 per mile. They don't pay it. Supposed to be paid direct deposit bi-weekly. Often have to pick up paper check late on payday or even a week late. Told low wage, $13 hr./$27,000 yr. BA/BS degree, is that health insure paid. Go to use it, not valid. Horrible treatment of caring employees.
