Nice people; owner is nice and fair/honest

none for me at this time

Busy work, parking, weekends off, very few good people maybe (5), decent health/vision/dental, can listen to music.

Employees are allowed to treat other employees however, no repercussions. No bonus, no pay raise, if promised a pay raise will not follow through. No room for advancement, Employees love to run a rumor mill, employees do not care at all, when things are going bad everyones head is on the chopping block, no employees mediation, they are quick to talk about you behind your back(management) cant keep an HR, never has what is needed for a job or is always short something, no matter how hard you work you are never recognized and if you apply for a position you dont get it, they will say that you are coming in for something but then they dont follow through and put you in a lower position because it is cheaper. Rules are never followed, they treat you like a numbered person(meaning that they will get to know you a little when you first get there and then after you have been there for a short period they dont care who you are anymore) if management is having a bad day, your having a bad day. cant trust anyone out there.
