Great teamwork all around. Everyone is always looking to help each other within all teams in the company. Benefits are well above industry standards. Work/life balance is awesome, in my role I have never had to take a call or had to attend a meeting while on PTO.

This job is completely remote, as a technical resource, there are not many opportunities to meet people face-to-face, except for certain events that are not happening very often now.

Unlimited PTO? Is it really unlimited, though? People on my team are great and are always willing to help each other, but we are all so overbooked that we don't have the time to help each other.

Company culture is horrible. There is no care for the employees or clients; only the bottom dollar on how much money they can make. They force the account managers to push products the clients don't need or want, and then the engineers get in trouble when they push back.
