HR violates all of the Department of Labor basic laws in terms of confidentiality, employee protection and wages. There is no confidentiality, any complaints made in regards to verbal/physical abuse are not addressed and they falsify times in comparison to accurate hours worked. Anything expressed to upper management in regards to the work enviroment, goes unaddressed.
The door is revolving because of the abuse and disrespect. They have had three employees come and go in the same position in less than a year and go 2 months in between before being able to refill the position. Employees have had paper balls thrown at their face, they only allow certain employees to obtain overtime, multiple people have been seen crying at their desk after being yelled at.
They will yell at employees in their office regularly and call them uneducated in other words. Will also have them committing fraud in their job roles.
I received no training from my superior or department and was trained by another department. Within two days I was given additional work that was not described in my interview. When I asked for additional training I was told to figure it out since I had a college education. After some time I asked for a raise for my additional duties and was told “if anyone receives a raise it will be upper management”
Biggest regret ever was starting here, despite the reviews. A lot of empty assurance and promises.
