Cons
A lot of turnover, mismanagement, antiquated processes, low budgets, no money for improvements, typical government organization. Be prepared to have understaffed departments, no money for marketing, trouble acquiring new, clients, little to no training, every office is run different, but are expected to adhere to the organization's rules. The organization often turns away clients if they don't need funding, because you can't hit metrics if a client just needs some advice. Not to say that they don't help, some centers are better than others.
