many "wolves" who are in it for the long run elite veterans rule over the place heavy on work politics (if you're not "in" then you're not getting a promotion) high staff turn over (mostly made redundant or quit the toxic atmosphere) wasted resources on useless, superficial, expensive things while making many people redundant periodically.

Great people, great culture: work hard, play hard. It's not an all-perfect dreamland but 100% top of list of companies I've work at across public sector, corporate and private sector.

Can't think of any cons TBH
