Very strict hierarchy and Japanese working ethics (a culture of working overtime despite finishing all the necessary tasks).
Assignment of tasks/ posts are not according to employee's ability or personal preference but company's preference.
Some departments (e.g. hydraulic section) depend heavily on one single market (China, etc), resulting in unstable revenues.
Lack of flexibility (slow response to market fluctuation) and lack of efficiency (too much paperwork)
