Pros

You will get your hands on some amazing tech. It will help you enhance your learning of new skills.

Cons

The leadership is the worst part of this job. These arrogant people sent considerable time hiding facts from employees and initiating changes without discussing them with them. It was horrible. It created terrible chaos. Employees felt ridiculously frustrated and lost.

Pros

-Impressive Coworkers (No lack of talent here. Everyone comes with skill and a wealth of experiences. Always find myself learning from others) -Autonomy (there are processes to follow, but you can be creative and bring your own POV on anything from marketing efforts to strategies for sales cycles) -No micromanagement (everyone is treated as equally to get the job done.) -Fun culture (could go overlooked, but it's refreshing to be an team where we work hard, laugh hard, and focus on a winning environment)

Cons

-Hard to call this a con but it could be an adjustment for others. Things are actually fast-paced in terms of change. Products gain new features/use cases quickly. Territories/segments can change quickly. You have to be nimble to embrace the challenge. -Second challenge you may find is constrained resources. We have teams/departments that can help you create collateral on whatever project you have going on, but it's hard to always prioritize your things. Meaning there is a big onus on you to lead on creative processes and building new assets for whatever presentation or report. It's part of the culture to be very self-sufficient.

Pros

The codebase was maintainable and my direct colleagues were approachable.

Cons

- Work expectations extended into every evening and weekend without acknowledgment or flexibility - I received messages from leadership at all hours expecting immediate responses - There was no separation between working and personal time because the culture did not treat that as important - The workload was created by decisions from above without adjusting timelines or staffing to match - I watched talented people leave because the pace and hours were unsustainable
