Pros
- Naesys is an employee-centric company - The management is genuinely interested in the welfare of its employees - Approachable management - A very positive vibe across all the departments that promotes great bonding and oneness - Opportunity to work with some great minds across the country
Cons
I really can’t think of any glaring downsides of working at Naesys. The hours can get slightly long on certain days but I doubt you can find a place that can guarantee consistent working hours.
