Pros
Nagarro is a good company to work for. It's most of policies are employee centric. You can change your career path as per your choice although need to work hard in early stage. The pay is really good. On an average, you would get experience * 2 lpa. The work life balance is good and also job security is high.
Cons
One downside what I found was their pay scale is low as per the standards, at least to those who deserve to be paid.
