Dear colleague, thank you for the feedback on Glassdoor. I am happy to see that you recommend Nagarro, but at the same time, you haven't had the best experience in all aspects at Nagarro. Let me try to address these.
Leaves used to be a part of the 'annual package' till one year ago. They no longer are. We made this announcement in the first quarter of this year. So, you should check with the payroll team to get more details.
Nagarro does subsidize the cost of food provided to the employees a bit to make the food more affordable. We have finalized a new vendor for all our cafeterias which should roll out later this month and should be a big improvement in terms of quality.
Regarding insurance, I am not sure why you say it is poor - I will be happy to take some feedback around what you see as areas of improvement in the medical insurance policy that we have. There is a Yammer thread on this topic, you can also comment on it. For life insurance, we have finalized a shortlist of vendors are finally negotiating with them. All employees received a survey last month on this topic - the purpose was for us to assess how many people will be interested in life and accident insurance.
Finally, work-life balance is one of the most subjective things - however, I have to contest that there is no balance in most projects. I track time spent in office regularly, and over 90% of our employees don't spend more than 50 hours a week in the office. It is the nature of our industry that some projects do tend to be tougher than others.
I am happy that you did leave this feedback and as you can see we are working on some of these 'issues' already. I invite you to reach out to any of the folks in HR or senior management also if you have further feedback in the future.
Thanks again for taking the time.
