- Pathetic appraisals - will cut 3% of your ctc in tha name of company performance - no bonus, no perks, nothing - only 2 days paternity leaves - if you are on bench or on maternity leaves your 5 % ctc will be cut immediately in the name of project allocation bonus. - minimum 14-15 hour work on projects as deadlines are always there - worst promotion process in entire industry, also no salary hike if you get promotion - no learning , most of the projects are on old tech stack - most of the projects are only providing resource where you work as external consultant with other companies on payroll of nagarro, no growth no learning - you are tagged a genus based on your current skillset, and then you will only get projects acc. to that genus even if you learn any new tech or skill, that is of no use - Worst process to allocate projects if you come on bench then your life is hell becz to get another project you need to go through 3-4 rounds of interview(both internal and client combined)
