With regards to your feedback on areas of improvement. Yes, the food situation is something that we are continually looking to improve - but at the same time, it is one of those topic where it is very hard to get everyone happy. The second piece is more concerning. I request you to reach out to me and discuss such instances - we believe very strongly in recognizing and celebrating hard work and talent.
