Thanks for taking the time to write a review here on Glassdoor. You are right that we still are refining our policies - we are a fast growing company and some of our structures are evolving and catching up; and others are evolving to become capable of handling future growth (which is certain). I request you to provide feedback on existing and evolving policies which you may have while you were at Nagarro - you can write to any one in the HR team. It is unfortunate, of course, that despite having a great impression of Nagarro, you still aren't with us. Which means we can always do better. Once again, thank you for taking the time to review us.
