Cons

ZERO STARS. This company talks a lot about performance but, in my experience, does very little to support or retain top performers. Employees are expected to generate significant revenue, hit aggressive goals, and drive treatment upgrades, yet the appreciation for those contributions feels minimal. The bonus structure was one of the most disappointing parts of my experience. After generating substantial revenue for the company and being on track for a bonus worth over $2,000, I learned that the entire bonus could be forfeited over a minor policy violation. It was difficult to reconcile how thousands of dollars in production could effectively be erased by a single administrative mistake. The culture often felt transactional. Employees are expected to prioritize the business, but when issues arise, it can feel like the business will prioritize policy over people every time. There also appeared to be favoritism and inconsistent treatment depending on the location and management team. Communication was often lacking, and employees were not always set up for success.
