Pros
None, zero, zip, nada, below zero, get the idea?
Cons
The company is owned by the 1%. It's one of their smallest holdings. Seven years ago, they hired a salesman/lawyer from a competitor who had a non-compete contract. After they settled in court, we learned that the salesman (now president) had promised to double the revenue of the company in 5 years. Five years later, revenue is flat and expenses are up. Instead of opening markets in Asia, they have been trying to open markets in Europe. Nambe does not make any "have to have" products. They make "Danish modern" items, some of which are quite beautiful. Alas, Europe already has a Danish modern producer, namely, the country Denmark. So they have resorted to firings. Employees with 20+ years of service have been fired. At last count, they have cut approximately 20% of staff. If you need a job and this is the only one in the offing, take it but keep looking. You won't be there long.
