      Pros

      -Namocell part of Bio-Techne, now backed by big brand -Great people in the company -Cool product -Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      -Product is new to the market and hard to sell. Capital equipment is a tough sell in this economy in general, and especially in flow cytometry space with several competitors. -Not enough help from Marketing -Frequent issues with instrument in demos + managing customer expectations

      Pros

      - Management is nice and empowering. Cares about what you would like to do and provides good career advancement opportunity. - Good team. People are nice and helpful. - Interesting work and lots of excitement. - Fast-growing company and financially prudent. Lots of upside to your equity value.

      Cons

      Company has made a couple of bad hires which management was quick to get rid of. Management is now more cautious about hiring to ensure cultural fit.
