Management does not trust their employees and makes bad decisions based on own opinions that has lead the company to a not-that-satisfying situation -Fake promises about contracts. Some colleagues were under false self-employement (which is illegal) conditions for over a year with the promises of being offered a regular contract. After that year, they were fully converted to freelance workers with no chance of negotiation about contract conditions, so they were lied to and offered things that led them to accept a job that otherwise would have been rejected. Most of those colleagues (senior profiles) have been laid off and juniors have taken over of activities they do not have control over -Some of the roles that have been disposed of have been reopened a month later, which means they make wrong decisions without giving any thought.
