      Pros

      Housing ($600 for a private room in a house in Nantucket is a steal!), guests, staff is like family, staff outings and just a warm and lovely job all around.

      Cons

      No tips. Unfortunately. But the perks make up for it, plus you have a good bump on your resume…!
