Thank you for your feedback. I’m sad to hear of your experience and impressions of myself and the Company. Please allow me to address your concerns. The Company turnover rate is in comparison with retail industry standards, in addition to that we are in a seasonal environment requiring flexing up and down of staffing. We do have positive reviews from employees as I believe the Internet is a place not just for negative but for positive information as well. Both are beneficial in obtaining feedback to help a Company develop. I can assure you that I have the utmost respect for the staff. If perhaps there has been something taken out of context or misunderstood, for that I apologize for your experience. I do tend to work very quickly and multi-task, occasionally that is mistaken for being abrubt. This is not meant to be rude, just trying to accomplish many things in the course of a day.
