      Pros

      The employees at Narmi are great. Number one reason to work here. The office is great and in a good location.

      Cons

      Product is not as good as competitors like Alkami, and Narmi struggles to keep up with demands of clients. Founders are tight pursed. Do not expect generous pay. Women are promoted slower, and no women in leadership on eng (50+ person engineering team). Managers should not expect to have a voice or influence in any large decisions.

      - amazing flexible working environment - good compensation - really bright colleagues & ever-changing product - autonomy and ability to work hard

      Cons

      - unorganized & opaque roles and responsibilities across the company - lack of communication between teams leads to a gap in product functionality - very much chaotic, start-up vibes, despite reaching 10 years in market
