Pros
There is no one size fits all work culture. Anyone intellectual will be able to distinguish that different work cultures are required for different types of company. Stating the obvious, an established MNC will obviously give you more "free time" compared to a start up. But I my opinion, we have one of the best cultures of any start-up. There is unity in the teams and we are all working hard towards a clear and common goal. We are all selfless. We all work hard, but that does not mean we do not play. Lastly and personally the most important, we are building something meaningful for the communities. If you want your work to really matter, this is the place for you. If you have grit, and want to grind with fellow team mates, this is the place for you. If you are not afraid of being challenged, this is the place for you.
Cons
Yes what a surprise 0_0 a startup culture its not 9-5. And being transparent, I have rated work-life-balance as 2 stars. But I will say for a fact that, there are opportunities to wind down. Its not truly 24/7/365. Yes even though I have never been more busy, I find fulfillment in my work. I find meaning in what Nas.io objectives are. Even in all the chaos, I find valuable connections with my fellow warriors in the company. If any applicant wants a fixed working hours job, I hear Starbucks are hiring and they give you free coffee.
