Nason has a family atmosphere and upper management that truly cares about their team members. Flex hours, great benefits, and fun teambuilding activities make it a great place to work.

I haven't come across anything yet that would deter me from recommending Nason as an employer

Initially the support for what they ask you to do is acknowledged by upper management and they supporting the project's mission. You drink the Kool aid optimistic they will keep their word.

When it gets down to walking the talk, they fall short. You are not allowed to run the project and are overburdened with work left over from prior management (or lack thereof) . Additionally you are degraded by Accounting who they allow to send unprofessional and demeaning emails citing past wrongs or missing paperwork from a time when you were not there. Subcontractors do not come to the jobsite citing lack of payment yet the company requires the work get done. You will work long hours and seven days a week trying to keep up and satisfy the current client demands.
