      Friendly working environment and everyone in it together. Met some lifetime friends there and will always keep in touch

      Cons

      Outgrew the initial local setup, not a bad thing but as companies grow, the family feel reduces.

      New management team seem to be making positive changes. Nice people. Opportunity to work on good projects if you carve out the time.
