Pros
The staff! From the department Vice-Presidents, all the way to Assistant are all great professionals. They are passionate, welcoming and they really care about the mission.
Cons
The New CEO is not only lost, he is bias, defends people that he brought in, promoted them only few months after being hired. He has hard time making decisions and overall he just wants to implement projects with a low success rate that he did in another foundation 12 years ago Many of us feel the climate has become unhealthy and unprofessional.
