Pros

10% staff discount off breakdown cover

Cons

- constant office gossip and overall negative environment to work in - different rules for management and senior members of staff (e.g they get every bank holiday off whereas everyone else is forced to work to cover it for them) - do not offer a healthy work-life balance, you cannot choose what shifts you do and if you have an issue with your shifts they would rather get rid of you than accommodate - senior members of staff constantly pile their workload onto other members of staff as they are too lazy to do their own work yet management are fine with this - expected to know everything after 2 weeks of bare minimum training from management, make a mistake and you are gossiped about behind your back - NO WINDOWS FOR FRESH AIR!! The office is dusty and only gets cleaned once a week. Management refuse to clean air-con filters therefore you WILL have constant sinus issues - constant nepotism, regardless of how hard you work management hire their own children/family friends and favour them above everyone else - absolutely no other benefits except 10% off breakdown. No complimentary tea/coffee, no gym membership, no vouchers. - IMPORTANT: constant camera supervision. Could be a Sunday morning and they will still watch you (on their day off) and listen to your conversations with other staff Do yourself a favour and avoid.
