Hourly pay that can go unpaid if clientele cancel for scheduled sessions

Working school hours. Flexability. Great support in most schools. I really enjoyed my job but had to leave due to the inconsistency of pay.

Inconsistent pay. Lack of clients. Lack of training on counseling from NCG. I was considered part time due to only working during the school year, so I had no benefits.
