      No boss breathing down your back. Team Leads and Jr. Team Leads are always available to answer questions/help out. Flexible scheduling. Friendly co-works/management.

      Cons

      Depending on your route, being responsible for so much cash can be intimidating and sometimes dangerous. Pay could be better. Not much room for growth.

      Flexible scheduling options available to employees

      Cons

      They bought out a company and fired employees without notice. One day you will walk in and the machines are gone. No email or message regarding your job. Zero professionalism.
