I read the previous reviews of NFDA, and I do not see these issues in the current organization. The culture has changed because the CEO is truly dedicated improvement, and we have many new employees who have a very positive, team-oriented attitude. The managers are supportive and skilled, and I love my colleagues. I feel valued, respected and recognized for my skills.
