2018 was an incredibly exciting year for this company. As an investment analyst, I am able to have close mentorship from the CEO, Executive Vice President of Investments, and other top leadership executives to effectively execute our acquisitions strategy across various platforms. Personally, I felt my knowledge and skills of the industry grow exponentially by dealing with large amounts of acquisitions and portfolios. I have also been able to foster external relationships with other noteworthy firms in and related to the single family home industry, and value the opportunity to interact with other professionals in the space. The opportunity for growth here is unparalleled. NHR values passion, innovation, critical thinking, and tenacity in their employees - and if you have that, you will be put on new projects and given new chances to grow and strengthen your skill set. 2019 is the start of a new chapter for NHR, and we are just getting started here.
