      Pros

      Some might take this as a review shilling for them but it's not. NJH is a fantastic place to work, across the board all clinical and non-clinical employees are on the same path to take care of their patients and provide the best care possible. They provide world renown services, specializing in respiratory issues, but that's not their only specialty. They concentrate on treating you as a 'whole person' if you're a patient and I think over all the employees are all on that same page. NJH made it through the pandemic, opened up the Center for Outpatient Health which is a fantastic building and their JOA with St Joes, has allowed them some great opportunities. Wonderful people, great providers, great staff.

      Cons

      They are no longer as quick to adapt to change as they used to be, but that won't stop them. It's hard to really mention any cons. The financial reality is they may not pay the high end salary that other competitors locally in Denver do but they try to make up for it with a work place environment where everyone is dedicated to the same principles. Only difficulty there is, Denver is not an inexpensive place to live anymore. If they want to keep the best and remain the best, They need to pay better than they do.
