Bad management, gossiping, very disorganized - Anonymous employee National Labs Employee Review

This is a company that cares about its employees- you feel valued- couldn't imagine a better culture. The toxicologist/s is knowledgeable and helpful to clinics, billing is gaining more and more contracts and creating a patient friendly program, and the sales team is close knit everyone supports eachother.

Would love to diversify to stay competitive.

Free gym across the street. Free food sometimes. The CLS's are great! It's a decent job if you are a recent graduate trying to get experience.

It's a hostile environment. There is no management, they have no HR. The supervisor does nothing when a problem arises. There is favoritism, brown nosing between some of the employees and the supervisor. The hours are not stable, there are some days where you work less than 4hrs. They make you work during your lunch time. The lab technicians are not valued for the work we do. Compensation is not worth the stress you will get here. Benefits are a joke.
