Pros

Supportive colleagues, multiple outlets to have your voice heard, progressive philosophies toward positive work culture, development opportunities, great work life balance, great attitude toward health and wellness, onsite health clinic and fitness facility that is encouraged to be used, beautiful campus, great community.

Cons

It is an old company with some conservative roots including a very hierarchical structure. Some positions have as many as 7 levels of management above them. The culture initiatives are great, but it will take time to get buy-in at all levels of the management structure. The hierarchy creates a divide between the decision makers and the production staff.

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
