      Flexible working hours, benefits package, good pension, interesting setting,

      Cons

      Very low salary, can be moved on to a different team against your will which can be unsettling for some, bullying and backstabbing amongst staff members and a cliquey environment, awful when it comes to dealing with contractual issues.

      Very good pension & holiday allowance.

      Cons

      Stressful at times, hard work & a lot is expected from you. Don’t agree with teenagers working there. Needs Adults to run prison properly.
