Pros

Good schedule, excellent pay & benefits. Nice perks such as free product repair, overnight meal allowance & hotel rewards points.

Cons

Too much petty crap assigned to drivers that the stores should be responsible for. Picking up disgusting, roach & spider infested appliances.

Pros

Set group of people that you interact with often.

Cons

VERY inflexible to personal needs, time off, vacation, etc. Work weekends, holidays, unrealistic work load to complete. Turn-style environment (new people all the time as people quit or are fired all the time). Employees accrue points that can lead to termination for being sick. High stress environment. Technicians in the field are not paid for driving within a 90 mile range - only are compensated after going over 90 miles in a day. No raises in the past three years, yet responsibility has increased.

Pros

Office employees receive 3 weeks of paid vacation/sick time plus holidays. Dayton office is located in a nice shopping center with plenty of nearby restaurants.

Cons

Poor middle management who care more about the almighty dollar and stats verses care of the customer and internal employees, especially the field technicians. Lack of room for advancement. Management plays favorites with employees.
