Operation Engineer - Engineer National Refinery Employee Review

Politics, very low pay scale, i.e Full Time Engineer after MTO Completion has the basic of 21k and total monthly salary after tax is 54k. and increament shall be on basic and max is 7-10% on excellent performance. No work life balance, even they won't provide meal and clean water on duty, working hygiene is worse, washrooms conditions are even worse than public tiolets, no soap. this place is not for Karachi educated public. I would not suggest any junior from NED to join this company, they will make you a pure worker BECUASE, there is no professionalism at all. Computers models/MS Office model are still 2002 with moniter(box type) that I used in 2000.
