      The people are great. The building is nice. Interesting work. CEO has improved benefits which were already acceptable. They really care about your safety.

      Cons

      A lot of work (but worth it). If you are looking for a career path, this is not the place.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
