Pros
Remote environment is nice, along with some work from home perks you don't get at most places. Compensation is fair, depends on who your manager is / if you're on the marketing team
Cons
The current C-Suite has completely derailed this company's culture. Ever since the new CEO and COO took over, morale has plummeted, which is obvious from the sudden wave of negative reviews. It feels like leadership treats this place as a personal piggybank rather than a business. The environment is incredibly toxic. The CEO appears checked out, unprepared for company-wide calls, and entirely focused on his own compensation. The COO has exhibited highly embarrassing, unprofessional behavior at company events that has caused widespread internal concern. Furthermore, constant turnover in HR leadership makes it clear that the internal environment is unmanageable. We went from a highly-rated workplace to a 2-star environment because of the high school "mean girl" culture nurtured by the executive team.
